Our position

Source Point Capital does not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services that deliver your messages.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

  • Right to know. Request information about what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Right to access. Request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to delete. Request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. If this ever changes, we will update this page and honor opt-out requests.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only for permitted business purposes.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

How to submit a request

To exercise any of the rights above, contact us using either method below:

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification may require you to confirm information you previously provided to us. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly. A power of attorney under Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465 may be used in lieu of the above.

Categories of personal information we collect

We collect the categories of personal information described in our Privacy Policy, including identifiers, financial information, commercial information, internet activity information, and inferences drawn from the foregoing. We use these categories to evaluate your application, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations.
